Resolutions

I have resolutions this year. I always do. Because I am always about self-improvement. I have the usual ones: More gym, more healthy cooking, more productive hours at work.

But in addition:
(1) books read w/ red wine accompaniment while listening to music, yes, in my living room, lying on my couch, the lights off everywhere in the apartment but for a single bulb illuminating my book, which illuminates my mind; and
(2) dancing everywhere, in my office (with glass walls), on my way to work, in my apartment (all the time, especially in the morning - music blasting on my speakers while I shower w/ the bathroom door open, must now slip in tub); and
(3) singing. Nonstop.

Wow. Sylvester is so deep.

Also, I've decided to help people find more appropriate resolutions. I know, I know, I'm too nice.

For you, vivipoof:

1) Become secretary-general of the U.N.
2) Make the U.N. relevant again.
3) Reduce N.Y.S.'s state income tax.
4) Level a constitutional challenge to the 60-senator cloture rule.
5) Find A.v.G. a better job.

So easy. Go head.

OK, fine, so dancing's good too. Espcially in your office. If you're going to do it in your office, though, you should start blaring "shake your groove thang" from your office so that people know to congregate.

Laudable, but:
1) reading with not enough light will cause your vision to suffer. don't be mean to your eyeballs. i've attempted red wine reading. it becomes drunk reading. hard to read when you can't remember what you read the prior night.
2) have you tried showering with the bathroom door open? it gets very cold. you'll be shiver-dancing.
3) let's do a duet. i have a range of 2.5 notes. will have to choose the song carefull.

i have a fourth resolution for you: more drinks with jijipoof!
